Casino. This is a front of house position, not culinary. MUST have 5+ years at VP level or higher at a company with $200MM+ in F&B revenues. MUST have luxury experience.
Primary requirement is casino operations (slots/tables) and customer development/player development. Requires extensive LUXURY experience.
